  • Tim has been great. Over the last few months I have been to his shop on three different occasions. First was for a simple fuse. He did everything he could to help me diagnose the issue so I could do it. A few weeks later I had him do my clutch. He gave a me a very fare estimate and before doing any extra work contacted me. The last time I was having a major problem with misfire and needed to have it fix for work the next day. He stayed late and was able to get me back on the Road. I won't be taking my vehicles anywhere else.

  • An issue popped up in my car and I was on the internet reading $600, $800 dollar fix for this certain issue blah blah blah I called Mr.Mechanic and Trevor gave me a really detailed diagnosis on my car and explained that it was low on brake fluid and that my disc and pads were wore out sure enough he added some fluid and all my warning lights went off. My belt was wore out also and I changed it I cannot believe how honest these guys were and how fast they work took care of my vehicle like it was their own. Thank you Tim and Trevor.

  • Great mechanics pretty fair on pricing fixed my range rover up for a great price ill be going back to them soon for breaks and a couple other things i highly recommend them. It also would be great if they were open a few hours on the weekends. But over all go check em out!

  • Tim did a great job! After listening to my car issue, he told me what he thought it was. He then showed me his testing to prove his diagnoses was correct and gave me a quote for repair. Then walked me through the steps to fix it. Applied the fix. Then retested showing me the new results proving the check engine light P0420 for a bad catalytic converter will not come back. I checked pricing and he was very low compared to some of the other online shops. If I need work again I will go to Mr. Mechanic first. Thanks Tim!

  • Hard to find the right words to define this shop! It's beyond awesome. I have a Jeep which has had a "death wobble" for over 13 years! I have been to numerous shops and no one has been able to rectify the problem. Well until now!! Tim and his son were able to assess the issue and make a temporary fix. It is so wonderful to feel safe when driving and know that the dreaded "wobble" is gone!! My daughter and I have been looking for a shop that won't take advantage of women and I think we have found it!! Tim even fix my door handle for free! What a guy! Thank you Tim and son!   • This place was absolutely beyond phenomenal. They knew exactly how to help us with our brakes. Being that we were only in town for a day, they took the time to help get our brakes fixed and replaced our air filter. They worked with us even though they were about to close, we felt they cared about our welfare on the road and took the time to fix our vehicle without any hesitation. We are happy with what a great job they have done and lastly a cool lil purple flashlight given to us. I highly recommend Tim, his son and their company to get this done right and being that they are so friendly, it was a comfortable visit.   • I had such a positive experience with this place that I don't even know where to begin. I have a Ford, and when I took my car to the Ford dealership for a repair, they quoted me over 3000 dollars for the repairs I needed. After reading google reviews, I took my car to Mr Mechanic (and to Tim, the best person ever) who quoted me 760 dollars for the same work AND he fixed my bumper, which was not included in the previous quote. Tim is so kind and really wants to help his customers. He gave me a ride home HIMSELF from the shop to my apartment, and was extremely professional the entire time. He went out of his way to find paint that matched my bumper to paint some of the repairs so that they would look nice, and he DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR IT. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. Honestly, everyone should go to Tim. The world needs more Tim's. Save yourself the trouble you are having with other car repair shops and just come here. It's the best place you could go.

  • Called to set up a time for an alignment and they got me in that day. As he was aligning my truck, Tim thoroughly explained everything that was going on with my wheels and suspension system without trying to up sell me. I had a check engine light on so he put it on his scanner, diagnosed it and fixed the vacuum leak for FREE. Both he and his son are honest, straight shooters that made me feel at ease.   • Phenomenal. Tim was able to take my car in the morning I called. Had a major oil leak on my Camry. Tim was able to diagnose were the oil was leaking from and replaced the parts. Can’t recommend this mechanic shop enough. Customer service and expertise is top notch here.

  • This guy is awesome, I brought him a half finished project and he was able to dial it in and get my truck up and running. I had wiring issues, and alot of custom work that needed to be performed. Tim, was able to custom make my exhaust setup, and he also did some custom fuel line work. The wiring was the biggest concern and he had that truck wired up and ready to go in the discussed time frame. I would recommend this guy to anyone who needed a good mechanic. Thanks Tim, and Trevor.

  • Tim and Trevor were awesome! I arrived almost at closing, last minute, Tim drove out to pick up the part that I needed while Trevor disassembled and removed the damaged part so that the new part is ready to be put in upon Tim's arrival. I mentioned to Trevor a minor issue I was having with my trunk release button and he read up on some information and immediately provided custom work on the spot. I was in and out in under 2 hours. I received custom work on the spot and had my window relay/ motor fixed at an affordable price. Great service and super friendly!

  • Two other shops gave up on my 20-year-old car and voted on just replacing it. Tim, however, diagnosed and fixed it for less than $500 (good to go for about another year before replacement) and in only about 1.5 hours--HARD physical labor!!! It was the first part of the job that others didn't want to touch (one tried but gave up because of difficulty and risk; the other only heard and passed on it), but Tim tackled it swiftly and with the strength of Superman--in only thirty minutes. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

  • This place is awesome ! I have brought my 2010 dodge challenger down to Mr. Mechanic twice. Tim is a master Mechanic and does honest work. The price quote is great and his work was quick and of the best quality . He even took the time out of his day to look up the best headers before I even came in. Tim is a great guy and I wouldnt trust anyone else in the neighborhood to work on my car. I'd strongly recommend Mr. Mechanic to anyone needing anything from minor to extensive work !

  • This is the best mechanic experience I have had in years. Tim is honest, knowledgable and pleasant to work with. I had dialed Mr. Mechanic thinking I was calling another muffler shop. Awesome mistake! I drove 23 miles at the last minute for him to put on a catalytic converter and a thermostat. 2 hours later it was done and the price was 50%% lower than a quote I had. I was ready to donate my vehicle until then. I will be going back for him to fix my cvs axle and boot. I would give this mechanic 10 stars.

  • Treavor diagnosed my daughter's 2007 F-150 vacuum leak immediately, repaired it & reset the check engine light. We waited about 10min to get in (they told us when a good time window would be for that day) and we were outta there within thirty. Maybe we got lucky, but I drive by a dozen other places everyday that don't operate like these guys.. Thanks!!

  • He was honest, providing the lowest prices by far out of a slew of other unscrupulous mechanics. He even allowed me to pick which parts to replace based on his decision for their potential lifespan weighed against my poor wallet. One mechanic at 3A said $800. I laughed out loud. Another said $650 but said if I left to see other mechanics then the deal is off. I walked out immediately, that's bad practice. Then two others quoted $550, including Mr. Mechanic and were very polite, calm, and relaxed. Based on research of prices from the internet, the mechanic's hourly rates and a moderate profit margin a $400 DIY job was only $150 more to be done by pros, so I was happier. Be aware of Phoenix mechanics people. They have fake accounts come on to review them but if the review doesn't have a picture, it's likely not real. Don't be fooled!!!!

  • I had the BEST experience at this shop. This man has such a good heart . my car's breakes needed to be changed but I didn't have the money. I was already so stressed about bills being 19yrs old and taking care of my little brother I already have a full plate but the way Mr. Tim helped me was beyond amazing I still can't believe that there are people like him on earth.   • I have been going to dealerships for years, and paying the outrageous prices because I wanted my car fixed right. I decided to try Mr. Mechanic and was extremely pleased. Tim was able to fit me in on the same day that I called and we pretty much knew exactly what was going on before I even left the car. The car was completed the same day and has never run so good. Prices are reasonable, and I even received a courtesy call a couple weeks later to check on us. Great service and highly recommended!

  • I trust the reliability, competence and expert workmanship exhibited by the Mr. Mechanic auto shop, particularly when I drive out and my Hummer performs like a new vehicle. During routine maintenance, Tim performs a top to bottom inspection of the vehicle and fluids. Recently, I noticed oil on my garage floor, but found no evidence of a leak. Tim found the leak in the break power booster. I never noticed the play in the break pedal until Tim replaced the booster that eliminated the play, not to mention guaranteeing stopping power.

  • I couldn't figure out what was going on with my radiator and I was driving 500 miles home through Phoenix when the whole thing went south, Steam was pouring out the engine as I was almost passed the off-ramp on I-17. While cooling the thing down, I Googled "BEST MECHANIC in Phoenix". Up popped Mr. Mechanic (Tim) and the reviews were all real good. Tim said Bring it on over if you can. The Mr. Mechanic garage was a mile away... Tim couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. He found the original (124,000 miles) and complicated hose, tracked down a new part, installed it, checked all the other things associated with my cooling system and then put the car on the lift. My tires were really bad (I kinda knew that but was focused on getting home.) We did the best thing to get me home: replace the old tires with new, thus avoiding a dangerous situation with the old, front tires blowing out. They were pretty bad... Thank you Tim for such great service. I think the costs to get back on the road were very reasonable. I couldn't recommend Mr. Mechanic more highly.
